A one-off service to develop your brand’s retail channel strategy based on your capabilities and key market data and trends. This includes 1 initial consultation and 1 final presentation.

Ongoing product development with manufacturer and product package design services are available by the hour.

COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT

Retail Only

A one-off service to develop your commercial retail strategy for different types of retailers. This will teach you the RRP your product should be, a promotional program, trade spend and your brand’s expected profit at your current COGs. This includes 1 initial consultation and 1 final presentation.

A three-part service is available to you:

PLANNING Demand and material resource planning are available for any business selling in retail.

MANAGEMENT Management of order processing and labelling for Coles and Woolworths ranging.

PROCUREMENT Negotiation with packaging suppliers to help reduce COGs and ensure products trade profitably in retail.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT & STRATEGY

END-TO-END RETAIL MANAGEMENT

This is where we partner with you as your customised retail strategy and sales team. We will meet with you fortnightly, conduct NPD strategy sessions, set an agenda of range reviews, prepare your presentation decks, lead all retail meetings and then account manage on your behalf for the life of your agreement with us.
