Managing all employment related disputes, including unfair dismissal claims and protecting your interests via enforcement of restraints and misuse of confidential information;
Full court appearance capabilities; and preventative measures to avoid litigation, with a view to achieving early resolution of disputes via alternative dispute resolution and private negotiations.

Regulatory & Compliance

Conducting detailed product assessments to identify applicable regulations and compliance needs;
Navigating and interpreting FSANZ regulations applicable to the product category and retailer-specific requirements;
Preparing a comprehensive list of necessary compliance elements, having regard to labelling, ingredient sourcing and safety standards;
Analysing product ingredients and formulation for FSANZ compliance and recommending alternatives or modifications if ingredients do not meet standards;
Collating nutritional data and preparation of NIPs for products;
Preparation of ingredient list;

Ensuring compliance with PEAL regulations if allergens are present;
Reviewing existing product labels for FSANZ compliance;
Assessing ingredient contributions necessary to develop accurate country of origin claims; and
Verifying that ingredients and product compositions are within applicable limits for product claims.
